Payment Portfolio
To pay for advertising in TikTok Ads Manager and the Business Center, you must add a valid payment method, such as a debit or credit card. Without a valid payment method, your ad delivery may be interrupted. The steps in this article are applicable if you use one of these three billing options: Manual Payment, Automatic Payment, or Monthly Invoicing.

To make changes to payment methods in Business Center, you must have one of the following roles:
Admin role
Admin role with a financial manager role
Standard role with a financial manager role

Note: Follow the Business Center steps if your ad account is managed by Business Center. Follow the TikTok Ads Manager steps if your ad account is not managed by a Business Center.
Log in to TikTok Ads Manager.
Go to the Tools tab.
Under Settings, select Finance.
On the Payment page, click the three dots on an existing payment method. You can choose Make primary, Update ,or Remove. To add a new payment method, click + Add payment method.
Click the payment method you prefer to add, such as a credit or debit card.
Click Submit.
Note: TikTok Ads Manager supports adding multiple payment methods to your account. You can add additional payment methods and set one as your primary from the payment page.
Log in to Business Center.
Click Finance in the left-hand menu.
Below Finance, click Payment management.
If you have upgraded to Payment Portfolio, click Manage under Payment methods.
If you have not upgraded to Payment Portfolio, click Settings next to the Available balance.
Click on the three dots in the upper right hand corner of the existing payment method and click Make primary, Update, Remove, or click Add a payment method.
Add your payment information.
Click Submit.
