You can check the availability of an iOS app's dedicated campaigns from the Events Manager or when creating an ad group.

How to check dedicated campaign availability from the Events Manager and when creating an ad group: From Events Manager:

  1. Login to TikTok Ads Manager.

  2. Click the Tools tab.

  3. Click Events.

  4. Click In-App Events.

  5. Select an iOS app.

  6. View the status of your app's dedicated campaign limits under Tracking Settings.

When building an ad group:

  1. Login to TikTok Ads Manager.

  2. Click the Campaign tab.

  3. Click Create.

  4. Select the App promotion, App install or Product sales, Catalog as the advertising objective.

  5. Click the toggle to turn on the iOS 14.5+ dedicated campaign.

  6. Select an iOS app from the list.

  7. A message will appear that will detail the dedicated campaign availability for that app.
