The Account Health page in TikTok Ads Manager shows how well your ad account complies with TikTok's advertising policies. You can use this page to see the account health status of your ad account, get details about outstanding issues or any enforcement actions placed on your account, and find suggestions to improve your account health.To find your Ad Account Health page:
Log in to TikTok Ads Manager.
Click Tools at the top of your dashboard.
Click Account setup.
Click Account Health in the left-hand menu.
You'll see the following sections:
The Health overview section shows your overall account health, which includes Customer feedback, Ad group status, and other factors. Your status will be one of the following:
Good: Your ad account complies with TikTok's advertising policies. You don't need to take any actions.
Attention needed: Your ad account needs attention to comply with TikTok's advertising policies.
Restricted: Some features have been restricted for your ad account due to persistent violations.
Poor: Your ad account doesn't comply with TikTok's advertising policies. Your account is suspended and you can no longer run ads with this ad account. You may lose access to funds subject to our Refund Policy.
Your account health status updates daily based on your account's performance. If your ad account health changes from Good to Poor without going through Attention Needed or Restricted, there might be outstanding payment issues or other risks associated with your ad account. Learn more about why your account might be suspended.
The Customer feedback section shows how customers rated their experience with your ads or products. After someone purchases a product you advertised on TikTok, they can rate their experience on a scale of 0 to 5 and provide details about their rating. In addition to your status, you can also view the specific ad content that received negative feedback or is at risk of violating our policies.Your customer feedback status can be one of the following:
Good: Your customer service has received positive feedback. You don't need to take any actions.
Attention needed: Your ads have received complaints and low ratings from your customers. You'll need to follow the suggested actions in the Keep your account in good health section to improve your customers' experience.
Poor: Your ad account is suspended due to significant amount of negative customer feedback.
The Ad group status section shows specific ad groups that violated TikTok's advertising policies, and which policies they violated.Your ad group status can be one of the following:
Good: Your ad groups comply with TikTok's advertising policies. You don't need to take any actions.
Attention Needed: One or more of your ad groups violated TikTok's advertising policies. You'll need to address any issues to avoid account restrictions or suspension.
Restricted: Some features have been restricted for your ad group due to persistent violations.
Poor: Your ad account doesn't comply with TikTok's advertising policies. Your account is suspended and you can no longer run ads with this ad account.
If your status is Attention needed, Restricted or Poor, we'll show you more details about each violation. You can click on each policy category to learn which ad groups didn't meet our advertising policies, then click View ad group details to learn about the specific violations you'll need to fix. We'll also provide recommendations to improve your account and ad groups in the Keep your account in good health section.
We'll suggest actions to improve your account health based on your account, ad groups and customer feedback. Click on a suggestion to complete a task or learn about a relevant ad policy. Some tasks must be completed within a required time period in order to improve your account health. If you need to complete any tasks within a required time period, we'll show you how much time you have left.
