If you are purchasing ads in Brazil, ByteDance Brasil Tecnologia Ltda. will issue your invoices.
In order to be compliant with the Law of Brazil, TikTok must collect your Tax ID.
For self-serve clients only: Per local regulation, your ad transactions will be subject to indirect taxes, according to Brazilian tax regulations. TikTok will, therefore, add the due indirect taxes to the cost of your ad inventory purchase.
