TikTok ads services in Russia are subject to VAT. Tiktok will add 20% VAT to the cost of your ad purchase if you are located in Russia.
Tax registration details of TikTok in Russia are indicated in the commercial invoices/ receipts that we issue. TikTok provides VAT invoices to you in cases when we are obliged to do it under Russian tax legislation.
