How to work with partners in TikTok One

TikTok One is an all-in-one TikTok creative platform with tools to create effective TikTok campaigns. You'll have access to millions of creators, connect with production partners, and uncover creative insights all in one place.


By working with partners, you can utilize the expertise of creators and creative agencies to create branded content or ads.

How to work with Partners in TikTok One

To work with Partners:

  1. Log in to your TikTok One account.

  2. Go to Campaigns, click Create campaign.

  3. Select the Partner Exchange tab.

  4. Select Custom packages or Standard packages.

    • Note: Custom packages are available for select customers in specific regions.


For Standard packages:

  1. Select Your brand or click Add a brand.

  2. Enter your Contact information.

  3. Select your TikTok Ads Manager accounts.

  4. Enter the Campaign name.

  5. Select your Business category.

  6. Select your Campaign objectives.

  7. Select your Target markets.

  8. Select your Creative distribution. You can choose from the following:

    • In-feed ads: Performance-driven ad creatives synced to your TikTok Ads Manager account and launched as TikTok Ads.

    • Creator's personal account: Let creators publish the creatives and spark videos into ads.

    • Your Business Account: Ad creatives to publish and spark on your Business Account.

  9. Select your Estimated media budget. Note: For North America only.

  10. Select your Campaign language.

  11. Upload Campaign brief and creative assets.

    • Note: This is optional but recommended to help your partners understand your preferences.

  12. Enter Guidelines or additional requests (optional).

  13. Click Next.

  14. Select how you would like to Collaborate with creators. You can choose from the following:

    • No, I don't need creators: Partner with certified agencies for expertly crafted video content ready for direct promotion on TikTok Ads Manager.

    • Yes, I need to collaborate with creators: Partner with certified creators to leverage their following for organic traffic reach and professional video content creation. Note: For Standard packages that include creators from multiple regions, you'll be able to view the deliverables of the same campaign under the current region.

  15. Select Remix or brand new. You can choose from the following:

    • Create brand new videos: Partners will produce brand new creatives that fit your objectives.

    • Remix existing content: Partners will produce the creatives by remixing your existing content.

  16. Choose a package from the options provided.

  17. Click Add-ons to upgrade your package (optional) and click Confirm.

  18. Select a partner to invite.

    • Note: The recommended list of partners is provided by our matching algorithm based on your brief details, selected package, and production guidelines.

  19. Click Next.

  20. Review your campaign details.

  21. Click Submit.

For Custom packages:

  1. Select Your brand or click Add a brand.

  2. Enter your Contact information.

  3. Select your TikTok Ads Manager accounts.

  4. Enter the Campaign name.

  5. Select your Business category.

  6. Select your Campaign objectives.

  7. Select your Target markets.

  8. Select your Estimated creative delivery date.

  9. Enter your Campaign description.

    • Note: These will be reviewed by your selected partner to better understand the scope of the project. You could include detailed information such as the objectives, target audience, positioning, production guidelines and more.

  10. Select one or more production types. You can choose from the following:

    • TikTok creator: Select the Number of creators for your partner to recruit TikTok creators to produce and feature in the creatives.

    • Professional talents: Your partner will work with professional talent to feature them in the creatives.

    • Studio creatives: Your partner will produce creatives without featuring human talent and can repurpose your existing assets.

  11. The Price and Minimum spend will be provided by your selected partner once the order has been reviewed. Note: If you are eligible to receive funding for your order, it will show as Funded next to the price and in the overview section in the top right corner.

  12. Review your campaign details and click Submit.

Once your order has been submitted and reviewed, you'll be able to select your preferred partner. Go to Explore partners or Invite partners. Note: Not all partners may be available to service your order as availability and capacity are unique to each partner.


From the Explore partners page, you'll be able to:

  • Filter the list of partners based on your region and needs.

  • Review profiles and invite partners to your campaign.

After your campaign has been submitted, it will be sent to your selected partner for acceptance. You'll be able to accept, reject, and sync assets with TikTok Ads Manager. Go to Campaigns to select your campaign and click on Collaboration to view your assets.
