How to verify your business for TikTok One

Business verification confirms that your business is a legal entity. To work with creators and partners, as well as access creator data and information, you must complete the business verification process on TikTok One to activate your TikTok One account. Learn more about TikTok One solutions.

How to start the business verification process

In order to set up business verification:

1. Log into TikTok One.

2. Hover over your user profile in the top-right corner and select Account settings.

3. Find the Business info module on the left navigation and click the Business verification page.

4. Click Start verification.

Three methods of verifying your business for TikTok One

You will see three options for submitting your verification.

Link a verification from an existing ad account

If you have admin access to a verified ad account in TikTok Ads Manager, you can link the existing verification status of your ad account to your TikTok One account. Verification will be passed immediately without the need to re-verify or additional reviews.

1. Select Link a verification from your own account and click Next.

2. Select your advertiser ID.

3. Click Submit.

4. Verification will be passed immediately without the need to re-verify or additional reviews.

Request to link a verified account

If you do not have admin access to a verified ad account on TikTok Ads Manager, you can request linkage authorization from the owner of the verified ad account via email.

1. Select Request to link to a verified account and click Next.

2. Enter your advertiser ID related to the ad account that you want to link.

3. Once approved, verification will be successfully linked and completed.

4. If you prefer to contact the account owner offline, you can copy and directly share the request link for approval.

Create a new verification

If you are not connected to any linkable verified ad account on TikTok Ads Manager, you’ll need to upload the required verification documents for official platform review.

1. Select Create new verification and click Next.

2. Fill in the business information and certification documents.

3. Once TikTok reviews and verifies the documents, your account will be verified. The review process can take up to 3 business days.

Note: Providing false or misleading information will deny business verification, and additional action may be taken against your account.
