Troubleshoot your LIVE GMV Max campaign

If you're having authorisation issues with your LIVE GMV Max campaign, you need to check for different scenarios.

Before you begin

  • Check your campaign settings and current liveroom activities.

  • Adjust your settings in Seller Center or TikTok Ads Manager.

  • Your TikTok Identity has the necessary advertising permissions.

  • If you're unable to create LIVE GMV Max campaign, then Turn off the ad group using the same TikTok Account.

  • A GMV Max authorized ad account has to be assigned before running GMV Max.


This means that the selected TikTok Identity is currently not livestreaming and the liveroom is currently offline. When the seller restarts LIVE, the campaign will resume delivery automatically.
