How to add members to your TikTok Business Center

TikTok Business Center is a central space to manage your business and advertising on TikTok. When you add members to your Business Center, you'll be able to give them permission to safely manage your assets and ad accounts.


Note: Each Business Center can manage up to 4,000 members. This includes 20 Admin roles and 3,980 Standard roles.


How to add members to your Business Center

To add members to your Business Center:

  1. Log in to your TikTok for Business account.

  2. Under the Members tab, click Invite Member.

  3. Enter the new member's email address.

  4. In the Access Settings section, choose what type of access your new member should have. You can choose:

    • Admin: Admins have full access to all features in the Business Center.

    • Standard: Members have access to and can work on assets they're assigned to by Admins.

  5. Click Advanced Permissions to assign a finance role. You can choose the following advanced roles:

    • Finance Manager: Members have full control of all features related to finance and payments.

    • Financial Analyst: Members can only view bills, invoices, and transaction logs.

  6. Click Next.

  7. Choose the asset and level of access that you'd like to assign to this member. Click Skip if you want to do this later.

  8. Click Confirm.


An invitation will be sent to the email you provided. If the new member didn't receive your invitation, click their email address in the Members tab and click Resend.
