How to add members to your TikTok Business Center
TikTok Business Center is a central space to help manage your business and ads on TikTok. Adding members lets you grant them permissions to manage your assets, accounts, and finance features.
Note: Each Business Center can have up to 4,000 members.
How to add members to your TikTok Business Center
To add members to your TikTok Business Center:
Log in to your TikTok Business Center account.
Click Users in the left-hand menu.
Click Add Members.
In the Email Address section, enter the email address of the new member.
Confirm the email address and name of the member.
Choose from either Admin or Standard role and then optionally add Finance Manager or Financial Analyst permissions to these roles.
Basic roles:
Admin: Full access to all features in the Business Center.
Standard: Access to and can only work on accounts and assets they are assigned to.
Finance roles:
Finance manager: Full control of all features related to finance and payments.
Financial analyst: Can only view and download financial data.
Click Next.
(Optional) Select the data permissions you want to assign to the member.
In the Select how to assign data permissions section, choose Assign access individually to assign permission to a single asset or account, or Assign access by group to assign permission to an Account Group.
Select the account, asset, or Account Group and set the access permission you’d like to grant the member. The levels of access that you can assign vary by account or asset type.
Click Save.
Note: An invitation will be sent to the email you provided. If the new member doesn't receive your invitation, click their email address in the Users tab and click Resend request.
