You can set the phrases AND or OR in automated rules. The relationship will depend on how the phrases are set and whether each phrase shares the same rule id.Learn more about automated rules.
Key concepts
If you set phrases in one rule, they share the same rule id, and the relationship is an intersection (AND). If you set your phrases in two rules, they have different rule ids, and the relationship is a combination (OR).

Examples of automated rules relationships:
Intersection: If Total Cost(Each Object)>100USD AND CPA(Last 3 days)>10 then Notify Me
Combination: If Total Cost(Each Object)>100USD OR CPA(Last 3 days)>10 then Notify Me
