About Comments Manager in TikTok Ads Manager

The Comments Manager tool allows you to view, reply to, like, block, export, hide, and filter the comments made on your ads directly in TikTok Ads Manager. You can use these features to manage comments individually or in bulk.

You can also create a Blocked Word list to hide comments that contain certain words or phrases.

There are two ways to access the Comments Manager tool on TikTok Ads Manager:

• In the top navigation menu of TikTok Ads Manager, hover over Tools and click Comments or Comments Manager in the menu that drops down.

• Go to Campaigns and click Ad Group List. Select an Ad Group, click the three dots, and click Comments.
