About the info card ad format

The info card is a call-to-action where you can share more information about your products while keeping a native video experience on TikTok.


This format is available in Web Traffic, Web Conversion, and Product Sales (Video Shopping Ads for Catalog) objectives.

Benefits of info card

  • Greater efficiency: Users can read the key information on the CTA before they click and land on the third-party website to understand the key points that you want to deliver. It shortens the conversion path for users and helps them make faster decisions.

  • Ergonomic design for one-handed use: With the increasing screen sizes of mobile devices, it's essential to design interfaces that accommodate one-handed use. By moving the CTA to a position that's three-eighths the height of the screen, the button more naturally aligns with where the thumb rests, making it easier and more comfortable for users to click.

Ad Format Details

Image:

- Upload a new image or select an existing one from creative library

- Recommended image size 800 pixels x 800 pixels


Title:

- Up to 25 characters


Selling points:

- Provide up to 5 selling points

- Up to 25 characters for each selling point

Image size:

- We recommend uploading an info card that has the same dimensions as the product images in your Catalog to ensure consistency in your ad experience.


Title:

- At most 25 characters. Product titles that are longer than 25 characters will be truncated.
