When you create a TikTok Pixel, you may have issues locating it in TikTok Ads Manager afterwards. If your TikTok Pixel is not visible or accessible, follow the steps to troubleshoot and resolve this problem.
Before you troubleshoot TikTok Pixel, ensure:
You have sufficient permissions to access the Pixel through the Business Center or by being the owner of the account.
You create or edit events to ensure the Pixel is fully operational.
To locate TikTok Pixel in TikTok Ads Manager:
Navigate to Assets in TikTok Ads Manager to confirm the TikTok Pixel exists.
Click on Events.
Locate the Website Pixel option on Events Manager.
Click on the Pixel on Events Manager to confirm event data has been received.
Verify the type of event you want to optimize existing and count >0. Note: If the event does not exist, you need to setup the event in your data connection. If the event exists but count = 0, you need to manually trigger an event on your website. You must allow up to 10 minutes before the event count update.
Wait for data processing on TikTok Ads Manager.
Please wait up to 2 hours for the event to be fully processed and eligible for campaign creation. The pixel and event will show up after processing.
