How to Create a Data Connection in TikTok Events Manager

Data connections are the links that connect your brand's marketing data with TikTok Ads Manager. The signals received through these connections allow our systems to learn from the actions that people take on your website or app.

How to create a data connection

Data Connections for Web, App, or Offline data can be setup via TikTok Events Manager

  1. Log in to TikTok Ads Manager and go to Tools.

  2. Click Event to enter TikTok Events Manager

    1. If you've never created a data connection, click the Get Started button

    2. If you've created a data connection in the past but are looking to create a new data connection, click the Connect data source button in the top right corner of Events Manager
