Interactive Add-On: Super Like

Super Like is an interactive add-on that engages the audience with a surprise visual element after they like a video ad. With Super Like, heart-shaped and customized icons float across the screen when the audience likes or double-taps on the ads.

When you create a Super Like, you can also choose to add an optional custom pop-up window that will appear after the Super Like finishes floating across the screen, which will take the audience to the ad landing page when they click on it.

Note: The pop-up window is optional and not required to create a Super Like.

The Super Like interactive add-on supports the following campaign, ad group, and ad settings:

• Ad Buying Type:

  • TopView

  • Reach (Reach & Frequency and Auction)

  • 6-Second Focused View

  • Traffic (allowlist)

  • App Promotions (allowlist)

• Placement: TikTok

• Ad Format: In-feed Spark Ads and Non-Spark Ads

• Regions: All

How to create a Super Like

1. Log in to TikTok Ads Manager.

2. Create a new campaign.

3. Select Campaign Objective.

4. Complete the rest of the campaign-level selections.

5. Set up the ad group.

6. Continue to the ad creation page.

7. At the ad level, choose an identity for your ad.

8. Select or upload a video for your ad from the ad creative module.

9. From the Interactive Add-on module, click Create.

10. Select Premium Add-on.

11. Hover over Super Like.

12. Click Create.

13. From the Picture module, click + to upload the image you want to float across the screen when someone likes your video.

14. If you want to add an optional Preview tool that will direct people to your ad's destination page, locate the pop-up window module and click + to upload your desired image.

15. From the Preview tool, click the Play button to watch your ad.

16. Click the heart icon to trigger your effect. Note: If you have added a pop-up window, it will appear when your ad finishes playing.

17. Click Confirm to finish creating your Super Like Interactive Add-on.

18. Click Submit on the ad creation page when you have finished creating your ad.

From the ad creation page:

1. Locate the Interactive Add-on module on the ad creation page.

2. Click From Library.

3. Select a Super Like type of Interactive Add-on.

4. Click Confirm.

5. If you want to adjust the interactive add-on, click Update.

6. Select Edit, Create New, or + from library.

7. Update your interactive add-on as needed.

8. Click Submit on the ad creation page when you have finished creating your ad.
