How to create a TikTok Shop CTA from a branding ad

If you have a TikTok Shop, you can use brand auction ads to drive more traffic to your product by adding your TikTok Shop link as your call to action on TikTok Ads manager.

How to create a TikTok Shop CTA from a branding ad

To create a TikTok Shop CTA:

  1. Log in to your TikTok Ads Manager account.

  2. Click Create new or go to an existing campaign.

  3. Select your ad objective. You can choose from Reach, Video views, or the Community interaction objective.

  4. Enter your campaign details and ad group information.

  5. Click Continue.

  6. Enter your ad details.

  7. Go to Call to action, click the toggle to turn it on.

  8. Go to Destination, select Website URL.

  9. Go to Destination URL, enter the URL for your TikTok Shop Page.

    • Note: You must use the link to your product detail page. The product homepage link will not work with the CTA.

  10. Go to Direct users to deeplink first, click the toggle to turn it on.

    • Note: Do not enter anything as the deeplink, as it will automatically add the entered Destination URL.

  11. After completing your ad details, click Publish all.
