You can use the Bulk Edit feature to make changes to multiple campaigns or ad groups at once. You can make bulk changes to your ad's status, budget, and bid.
Watch the video below to see how you can edit hundreds of ads at once.
To make bulk edits to ad status:
Go to TikTok Ads Manager.
Go to the Campaign tab and select multiple campaigns, ad groups, or ads.
Click Edit and select:
Enable from the dropdown list for ads to start delivering.
Pause from the dropdown list to pause ad delivery.
Delete from the dropdown list to delete all selected campaigns, ad groups, or ads.
Note: Deleted campaigns and ad groups still exist in our account but cannot be edited. To make bulk edits to bid:
Go to the Campaigns tab and find the Ad Groups list.
Select the ad groups you want to adjust and click Edit. Then click Edit Bid.
To edit the bid of all ad groups at once, select the dropdown menu and choose from: Change bid to, Increase bid by, or Decreade bid by.
Select if you want to adjust your bid by the total amount of percentage.
Enter the new bid and click Apply to All.
Click Submit.
To make bulk edits to budget:
Go to TikTok Ads Manager.
Go to the Campaigns tab and find the Ad Groups list.
Select the ad groups you want to adjust and click Edit. Then click Edit Budget.
Note: If the ad groups you selected use different budget types, you will need to adjust Ad Group's Budgets from both Daily Budget and Lifetime Budget tabs.
To edit the budget of all ad groups at once, select the dropdown menu and choose from: Change daily/lifetime budget to, Increase daily/lifetim budget by, or Decrease daily/lifetime budget by.
Enter the new budget and click Apply to All.
Click Submit.
Note: Your new budget must always be greater than 105% of the Total Spend. For example, if you are editing an ad group that uses a Daily Budget and has a Total Cost of $100, the new budget must be greater than $105. This 5% acts as a buffer while the system implements the change.
