Automotive ads
Automotive Ads use your catalog, along with signals such as new automotive website event parameters, to deliver a dynamic experience to users based on their observed preferences.
You can access Catalog Manager in your TikTok Business Center. Please ensure that all Catalog Operators have Admin-level access to the Business Center. Otherwise, they will not be able to create new Catalogs. You can adjust your settings at the Catalog level at any time in TikTok Business Center.
To learn more about supported fields for Automotive Ads inventory catalogs, refer to Available fields for Automotive Ads inventory catalogs.
To learn more about supported fields for Automotive Ads model catalogs, refer to Available fields for Automotive Ads model catalogs.
Log in to TikTok Business Center.
In the left navigation bar, choose Catalogs under Assets.
Select Add catalog. Fill in all of required information, and then click Create. Make sure to select Auto - Inventory or Auto - Model as your industry.
To manage your catalogs, select the catalog you want from the list and choose Open in Catalog Manager.
There are 3 options for adding products to your new Automotive Catalog: Manual, Data Feed, and File Upload.
Data feed (recommended for inventory feeds): Choose this option to upload a feed link and have it refresh on a schedule. In most cases, you'll choose New Product Source, unless you're updating an existing data feed schedule.
File upload: Upload a CSV file of your feed. Make sure that it follows our template or it will be rejected.
Manual upload: Add products manually. All of the fields displayed upfront are the mandatory fields, but you can also expand the page to add optional info. Refer to Available fields for Automotive Ads inventory catalogs and Available fields for Automotive Ads model catalogs for more info and mandatory and optional fields as well as a template you can use.
After you've uploaded your products to your catalog, use the Products view to view, filter, and add more products. You can also use Product Sets to filter and separate products based on the content of your catalog.
