You can use Business Center to connect to a TikTok Shop and request access to run ads. For example, if you sell your products in a TikTok Shop and work with marketing partners to run your ads, you can use TikTok Business Center to invite members and approve access to your shop.

Before you begin

• You'll need admin access for a Business Center account.

• You'll need the shop code of the TikTok Shop you want access to.

• Make sure not to add anyone you don't know to your Business Center or TikTok Shop accounts.

How to request access to a TikTok Shop in Business Center

To request access to a TIkTOk Shop in Business Center:

1. Sign in to your Business Center account.

2. Click Assets in the left-hand menu.

3. Click Shops.

4. Click Add shop.

5. Click Request access to a TikTok Shop.

6. Enter the shop code for the TikTok Shop.

7. Click Request.

A request will be sent by email to the owner of the shop and any administrators or advertising managers. When your request is approved, the TikTok Shop will be connected to your Business Center.
