When you create an ad account, you may be required to verify your business. There are several reasons why verification could have failed:
Your business ID verification failed
You didn't enter the full company name, or the company name is not consistent with other business information.
The company phone number is not consistent with other business information.
The name of the legal representative is not consistent with other business information
Your business certificate has not been verified.
Make sure your email is properly set up to receive a verification code email. To ensure proper delivery:
Confirm the email address you entered is the same one you registered with on TikTok Ads Manager.
Double check all email tabs and folders such as Spam, Junk, Trash, Deleted Items, or Archive
You can also try searching using the terms "TikTok Ads Manager," TikTok for Business," or "TikTok Ads".
If you still haven't received the code after trying these steps, please try using another email address.
To troubleshoot business verification:
Check that you've submitted acceptable document types. Learn more about acceptable documents for business verification.
Check that the business license or certificate number matches the one in your document.
Ensure all of the text on your document is clearly displayed and the business license or certification number is visible.
If you are photographing your document, place it on a dark background and ensure that all text is legible.
Note: Only JPEG, PNG, PDF, and JPG are supported. File sizes cannot exceed 10 MB.
If your document is still not approved, try submitting a different acceptable document. If you continue to encounter issues after having completed the troubleshooting steps listed above, please contact customer support. Learn more on how to complete business verification.
