Auto message is a set of direct messages for Business Accounts. Auto message includes three features that enhance your business's ability to engage with people automatically:
Welcome message
Suggested questions
Keyword auto-reply
The three auto messages can be used in the following methods:
Welcome message: Create a custom message to greet people when they start a chat with your Business Account for the first time. When a person starts a conversation with your business, they will automatically receive the Welcome message followed by your Suggested questions menu if this feature has been configured.
Suggested questions: Create up to three customized Suggested questions that people will receive automatically when starting a conversation with your business. This feature can be used to customize and create a menu of frequently asked questions (FAQs) that will automatically display a pre-set response when a person taps on a Suggested Question.
Keyword auto-reply: Create up to four selected keywords for auto-reply that send automated responses when a person uses an exact match of your chosen keywords in their message.
