About campaign management for Branded content with creators campaigns

TikTok One is an all-in-one TikTok creative platform with tools to create effective TikTok campaigns. You'll have access to millions of creators, connect with production partners, and uncover creative insights all in one place.

When you create a Branded content with creators campaign in TikTok One, you can view and manage the details of the campaign in your account.

View TikTok One Campaigns

1. Log in to your TikTok One account.

2. Click Campaigns and select All.

3. Select a campaign to view more details.

Campaign Overview

Once you click on a campaign, you can view the Campaign summary showing your pending orders, videos submitted, videos published, and ads launched. You can link to your Ads Manager account if you did not link it when creating the campaign. You can also select your campaign brief to review the details of the campaign or copy the brief to use for a new campaign.

In Orders, you can view a summary of active orders, pending orders, or the status of open applications. For invitation campaigns, click Invite from shortlist to open your shortlist of creator stats and send invites directly to creators. Learn how to create a shortlist. You can also click Explore creators to search for creators by region and performance.

For open application campaigns, click Request more to increase the number of creators requested to join the campaign.

In Reporting, you can preview campaign reporting for campaigns that have launched. Click Full reporting to view the full reporting dashboard. Learn more about reporting in TikTok One.

Collaboration

The Collaboration tab shows all videos at different stages, including:

• Pending review

• Videos in production

• Videos submitted

• Closed

Videos

In the Videos tab, you'll be able to view the following:

• All videos: This view will show you all videos that you can filter by Collaboration type or Status.

• Pending review: You'll be able to view a creator's profile to learn more about their performance trends, follower demographics, past posts, and more.

• Pending payment: This view will show a list of creators that are waiting for payment. The status will show how much time you have left with the agreed deadline to pay.

• Video in production: This view will show a list of creators that are in production, the negotiated price, and deadline for submission.

To view the video details, select a creator's project to request edits, confirm the video, and view the order progress. If the video is live, click Video report to access performance metrics for the specific video.
