How to manage and download collected leads from Lead Generation

A feature of TikTok's Business Account lead generation is the ability to track and download leads, making customer relationship management (CRM) easier. You can manage and filter your collected leads from the TikTok mobile app or a web browser:

  • View inquiry data of your leads

  • Copy information like Details, Phone, Email, Country, and City

  • Add notes

  • Download your collected leads


Before you begin

When a new lead is received, you will review it in the Leads Manager. You can get to Leads Manager through your Business Account inbox by clicking the Get leads update: You have new leads notification or clicking Get Leads within Business Suite. You can also click the Leads manager tab.


Note: Downloading leads is only supported via the PC version of your web browser.

How to manage and download collected leads from lead generation

To filter collected leads from lead generation:

  1. Tap the Filter button to sort your leads. You can sort your leads by where your leads are submitted: Profile page, Video, Live, and by Time.

Note: Leads will expire and be unavailable 90 days after collection.


To manage and download your collected leads from the TikTok mobile app:

  1. From the TikTok mobile app, tap Get Download Link at the bottom of the Leads Manager page.

  2. Select Copy Link. Paste the copied URL into a web browser on your desktop.


To manage and download your collected leads from the PC or web browser:

  1. Log into Web Business Suite using your TikTok Business Account credentials. Don't use your TikTok Ads Manager credentials.

  2. Click Leads Manager on the left side of the screen.

  3. Click any of the dropdown menus to filter through your leads.

  4. Click Download on the right side of the screen to download leads information.
