How to grant users permissions to manage direct messages
To grant users permissions to manage direct messages:
Log into Business Center.
Under the Assets module, click TikTok accounts page.
Click Assign new member.
Select the users whom you want to grant direct message permissions to, including yourself, and click Assign.
