The TikTok Creative Exchange (TTCX) is a one-stop shop covering each step of the creative process to enable fast, scalable production and deliver large volumes of creative content. TikTok Creative Exchange makes it easier to find the right creative vendor you can partner with and build creative collaborations.

It enables creative service providers to produce high-performing ads, tailor-made for TikTok according to the advertiser's needs and business objectives.

Through the TikTok Creative Exchange portal, you can manage creative projects — sourcing, briefs, feedback, approvals, and insights — in a workflow designed to generate large volumes of impactful branded content.


TikTok Creative Exchange is currently available for managed accounts in North America, Europe, the Middle East, North Africa, Pakistan, and Turkey.

How it works

  1. ​Login with your TikTok for Business account.

    • Click here to log in via your registered business account and select "I am an advertiser."

  2. Submit your brief.

    • Complete a form to communicate your content needs to potential partners.

  3. Choose the right creative partner.

    • Our platform will recommend you a curated list of creative partners suited to your needs.

  4. Manage your project online.

    • Follow the project, invite collaborators, provide feedback, launch your campaign, and view performance insights — all without leaving the platform.

  5. Launch and monitor

    • Sync your final creatives into TikTok Ads Manager and launch your campaign — then invite creative partners to view performance insights through TikTok Creative Exchange.
