Availability

  • Destination Links are available for e-commerce customers and select customers outside of e-commerce.

  • You must be a registered Business Account. Learn more about registering your Business Account.

  • You must connect active website pixel or eAPI during setup, with complete payment event.

  • Regions for e-commerce customers:

    • North America and South America: Brazil, Canada, Colombia, Mexico, Peru

    • Europe: Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Greece, Italy, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden

    • Middle East: Israel, Turkey, United Arab Emirates

    • Asia-Pacific: Australia, Japan, Korea, New Zealand, Pakistan

    • Note: regions vary for select customers. Please check with your TikTok representative for availability.

  • Targeting restrictions: Non-EU users cannot target EU markets. Non-US users cannot target the US.
