Business Center is a central hub that allows organizations and agencies to efficiently manage multiple TikTok ad accounts, users, assets, and finances in a secure environment. It is an essential tool for anyone who needs to run, place and oversee multiple TikTok For Business accounts. Business Center provides organizations with a comprehensive overview of their ad accounts by incorporating payment information and performance reports in a single location.


Additionally, Business Center allows you to maintain complete control over your assets and accounts by assigning permissions and roles to the members of your Business Center. It's truly an all-in-one solution for anyone seeking an efficient and secure way to manage their TikTok For Business assets within an organization or with external partners and vendors.

Getting started with TikTok Business Center

Before getting started, you will want to:

  1. Decide who you want to be the Administrator of your TikTok Business Center account

    1. Generally, the business owner or primary "day-to-day" contact for your marketing team will become the Admin, so they can set up and manage your Business Center. The Admin should have permission to act on behalf of your business, as they will decide who can access your assets. It is important that all businesses have at least two Admins. This way, if one Admin suddenly leaves the company, there will still be a Business Center Admin left to help manage access.

  2. Sign up for TikTok For Business

    1. Only TikTok For Business users can create ad accounts, make TikTok Business Center accounts, be assigned a role, and receive assets. You can become a TikTok For Business user by signing up on the following links:
