Once you switch to a TikTok Business Account, your account will have access a to suite of features that help you create content and manage your account. Currently, Business Accounts support the following features:
Analytics - Review detailed metrics about your account's growth
Email Contact - Display your email address directly on your TikTok profile
Website Link - Share a direct link to your website on your TikTok profile
Post Scheduler - Schedule your TikTok posts up to 10 days in advance
Commercial Music Library - Access more than 100,000 songs free of copyright fees to use when creating videos

Business Accounts have access to an exclusive Analytics page. From the Analytics page you can discover insights about your account's growth, how your audience is consuming your content, and your follower's demographic characteristics.
Open the TikTok app and login to your Business Account
Go to your profile page, by tapping Me
Access your Privacy and settings by clicking the three dots on the top right corner of the page
Tap Business suite, then tap Analytics
The Analytics page is contains four different tabs: Overview, Content, Followers, and Live. Each tab displays unique and useful information. Below you will find an overview of the information that is included on each tab of the Analytics page.
From this tab you can monitor the following metrics from a 7 day, 28 days, 60 days or custom period within a 60 day range.
Video Views: See the number of daily video views your account received
Followers: See a line chart of your account's accumulated followers
Profile Views: See how many times your profile was viewed in the selected Date Range
From this tab you can review key information about your videos.
Video Posts: Show videos from the last 7 days and see the number of views, comments, likes shares, and date posted for each video
Trending Videos: The top 9 videos with the fastest growth in view numbers over the past 7 days
To this access section of the Analytics page, you will need more than 100 total followers - if you meet this condition you will be able to see the detailed information about your audience.
To access this feature, your account will need more than 1,000 followers, if you meet this condition you'll be able to review the following insights
Total Views: Total number of LIVE video views
Unique View: Number of viewers who viewed your LIVE videos at least once
Diamonds: Number of diamonds earned during your LIVE video
Gifters: Number of unique viewers who sent you LIVE gifts
New Followers: Number of viewers who followed during your LIVE videos
Total Time: Combined duration of your LIVE videos
Top Viewer Count: Highest number of LIVE viewers at one time
LIVE Videos: Number of LIVE videos you hosted
This feature allows you to display your email contact on your Profile page. This will give your audience and followers an accessible touchpoint to contact you directly. To add your email contact:
Open the TikTok app and login to your Business Account
Go to your profile page, by tapping Me
Tap Edit Profile
Then, tap Email or Add your email
Enter your email address then tap Save
After January 20, 2022, only Business Accounts that meet any of the two eligibility requirements below can add a Website Link to their profile page:
Business Accounts that have 1,000+ followers.
Business Accounts who completed the Business Registration process (currently in alpha and only available in the United States, United Kingdom, Russia, Indonesia, and Canada.)
Business Accounts using the Website Link feature before the effective date of January 20, 2022 can continue using the feature with no changes. The new eligibility requirements only affect new Business Accounts who switched over after the effective date.
Adding a website link to your profile allows your audience to quickly access your website from within the app. To add a website link to your TikTok profile:
Open the TikTok app and log in to your Business Account.
Navigate to your profile page by tapping Profile.
Tap Edit Profile.
Select Website.
Enter the URL of your website, and tap Save.
Schedule your video posts up to 10 days in advance by using the video scheduler. This feature must be accessed from the web or desktop version of TikTok. To access this tool:
Go to the web version of TikTok at https://www.tiktok.com/
Login to your Business Account
Tap the upload video icon to go to the Upload Video page
Next, upload your video, add a caption including hashtags, edit the cover image, choose who can view, and privacy settings (allowing comment and duet/react)
Enable the Schedule video toggle and select a date a time to schedule your post - the time zone will default to your computer's setting
Note: You can schedule posts a minimum of 15 minutes and a maximum of 10 days in advance of publishing, and you can schedule posts in 5 minute increments
Click Schedule to schedule your post
You can view scheduled posts on your Profile view, you will be unable to edit a scheduled post but you may delete them
When a scheduled video is posted on TikTok, you will receive a push notification informing you that your video has been published
Only regular user accounts can create content using TikTok's General Music Library, as the songs have not been licensed for commercial use.
This is why TikTok offers Business Accounts access to over 100,000 songs that are free of copyright fees to use in organic TikTok videos - without obtaining any additional approval.
To access the Commercial Music Library:
Open the TikTok app and login to your Business Account
Tap the + icon to create a new video
Then tap Add Sound this will open the Commercial Sounds which you can freely ad to your content
Note:
Business Accounts cannot duet, react, or stitch with user videos that use songs from the general music library.
Alternatively, Business Accounts may duet, react, or stitch with user videos that use songs from the Commercial Music Library, or Original Sounds.
However, if it an original sound uses copyrighted music, Business Accounts will be unable to duet, react, or stitch it.
