About the Finance section in TikTok Business Center
The Finance section in your TikTok Business Center allows you to manage payment activities, transactions, invoicing, and more across all of your ad accounts. You will also receive notifications that are specific to your account and will prompt you to take certain actions when necessary.
Key Features
Payment management: The Payment Management page provides an overview of payment activities for all your ad accounts. You can view the total account balance of your Business Center and increase or decrease the balance for your ad accounts. Learn more about billing options and supported payment methods.
Transactions: The Transactions page shows all payment history for your accounts. The Payments tab tracks your balances in Business Center. You can view changes to your balance, the amount of funds that were transferred, and the status of each transaction. You can filter by payments, promotions, and other options. The Costs page shows actual ad account costs across cash and ad credits.
Invoices: The Invoices page is where you can pay and manage bills. Learn more about invoice groups in TikTok Business Center.
Note: You'll need Finance Manager or Finance Analyst role permissions in your Business Center to view the Invoices tab.
