Stabilized CPA Delivery is a new mode of Maximum Delivery currently in Alpha, not GA, and has been rolled out to a small group of advertisers randomly. It keeps daily CPA fluctuations within a certain range while maintaining a relatively high level of ad spending. Ideal if you are looking to adjust your campaign cadence and daily budget for maximum delivery, as well as maintain consistent pricing throughout your campaign duration.
Note: If you do not see this feature in Maximum Delivery, then it is not available to you at this time. If you have a TikTok representative you may reach out to them to learn more.
In the long term, both ad spending and CPA performance will be comparable between standard delivery and stabilized CPA delivery. However, stabilized CPA delivery controls CPA fluctuations more effectively as the campaign budget increases.
Note: Comparing with Maximum Delivery, the ad cost for Stabilized CPA Delivery will be relatively lower for a few days after you increase your campaign budget.
