An Offline Activity audience is a custom audience that allows you to target offline customers. An Offline Activity audience consists of users that perform offline actions such as a purchase, form-fill, or other conversion, in places such as physical stores, call centers, Point of Sale (POS) systems, or gaming consoles. These actions (events) cannot typically be captured on websites or apps. You can have up to 400 custom audiences at one time within the account.
You can use Offline Activity audiences to retarget customers to promote new products or services, or to optimize your ad spend by excluding recent conversions. You can also create a lookalike audience of this custom audience to drive online prospects to an offline store. Below is a table of available offline events on TikTok Pixel:
