Before getting started: Go to https://leadsbridge.com/integrations/ to confirm that LeadsBridge supports your CRM. After confirming that your CRM can integrate with TikTok Lead Generation through LeadsBridge, complete the tasks in the below checklist.
To ensure a smooth process, complete these five tasks before starting the LeadsBridge integration:
Set up an Instant Form for TikTok Lead Generation. See Build an Instant Form for more information.
Create a LeadsBridge account.
Ensure that you have your CRM login credentials.
Make sure that LeadsBridge supports your CRM. Click here for a complete list of supported CRM.
Confirm that you have administrator access to the TikTok Ads Manager account you want to integrate.
1. Access your Instant Form.
Log in to your TikTok Ads Manager account.
Go to Assets > Creative > Instant Forms and find the Instant Form you want to integrate.
2. Click on Connect to CRM to start the integration.
3. Find and select your CRM to connect.
4. Initiate integration and sign in to your LeadsBridge account.
Click Connect your TikTok Ads Account, then log in to your LeadsBridge account.
5. Set up your Bridge.
A Bridge is a connection between TikTok Lead Generation (source) and your CRM (destination) that helps to share data based on field mapping when someone submits a new lead on your Instant Form.
Once you have agreed to the Terms and Conditions, you will be redirected to your LeadsBridge account where you can set up the Bridge.
