Why are the leads that I'm seeing incorrectly formatted?
If you're not seeing correct formatting for leads, such as capitalization, consider the following:
If you use a third-party CRM tool, use TikTok Ad Manager's Lead Export feature to check if there is a problem.
If there is no problem, the formatting is incorrect because the third-party CRM has converted the format. Please contact the third-party CRM's technical point of contact.
If you still have problems, consider the following scenarios:
If the proportion is less than 10%, you may have input incorrect formatting.
If the error proportion is particularly high, it means that there may be a problem with our system.
