How to troubleshoot lead formatting

Why are the leads that I'm seeing incorrectly formatted?

If you're not seeing correct formatting for leads, such as capitalization, consider the following:

  • If you use a third-party CRM tool, use TikTok Ad Manager's Lead Export feature to check if there is a problem.

  • If there is no problem, the formatting is incorrect because the third-party CRM has converted the format. Please contact the third-party CRM's technical point of contact.

If you still have problems, consider the following scenarios:

  • If the proportion is less than 10%, you may have input incorrect formatting.

  • If the error proportion is particularly high, it means that there may be a problem with our system.

    • Please provide the following information:

      • Lead ID for example, 708249811948461234

      • Field Name for example, Name

      • Incorrect formatting for example, TONY

      • Correct formatting for example, Tony
