TikTok offers various Customer Relationship Management (CRM) integrations with TikTok lead generation. LeadsBridge is one of two third-party integrations currently available.
Before integrating with LeadsBridge:
Created at least one instant form on TikTok Ads Manager.
Create a LeadsBridge account.
Ensure that you have your CRM login credentials.
Make sure you have a TikTok Ads Manager account and admin access to that account.
Learn about asset level permissions.
Log in to your TikTok Ads Manager account.
Click the Tools tab.
Select Leads in the dropdown menu.
Click Connect CRM at the top of the page.
Search for LeadsBridge.
Click Connect your TikTok Ads Account.
Log in to your LeadsBridge account to initiate integration.
Agree to the Terms and Conditions. You will be redirected to your LeadsBridge account to set up your Bridge.
Note: A Bridge is a connection between TikTok lead generation, the source, and your CRM, the destination, that helps to share data based on field mapping when someone submits a new lead on your instant form.
