Programmatic advertising is a key tool for you to introduce your products or services to an existing audience. At the same time, it's important to avoid wasting ad spend on the wrong traffic. With fraudulent, low-quality, or ineffective ad campaigns on the rise, it's important to be on the lookout for high-quality traffic from a trusted ad platform.
As the ad network of TikTok for Business, Pangle delivers high-quality, reliable, and cost-effective traffic. Pangle invests heavily in technology and human expertise to upgrade its anti-fraud system to maintain the health and security of our advertising ecosystem. Pangle's investment also improves the experience for you through a system of methods including manual review, automatic filters, and machine learning capabilities.
Dealing with fraudulent traffic presents an ongoing challenge for all ad networks and our dedication to anti-fraud capabilities is not a one-time initiative. We offer an ongoing commitment to ensure your traffic is genuine and your ad spend provides the highest ROI possible.
Pangle's traffic security system includes a few features and services to improve the advertisement experience:
Verified traffic sources: Not all traffic is the same and some traffic can do more harm than good. To ensure that traffic is safe and high-quality, we implement strict screening procedures to raise the barrier of entry for all developers. We verify developers’ business qualifications through verification partners including Dun & Bradstreet and Japan's National Tax Agency.
Lighting-fast interception: Using a series of rules and filters, Pangle can identify and intercept problematic users and traffic before your ads are placed. If an ad request originates from a suspicious device or IP address, it is intercepted immediately in real time. Likewise, if an app demonstrates abnormal data, such as mobile measurement partner (MMP) rejection rate, click-through rate (CTR), or click-to-install time (CTIT), all traffic and ad requests from the offending app will be intercepted, leaving your campaign safe and unaffected.
Powerful filtering: In order to better optimize ad delivery efficiency, we segment your advertising budget into scenarios based on your conversion goals and track core metrics. If the core performance indicators of the app, such as click-through rate and conversion rate deviate from the average level, Pangle will block traffic from the corresponding app to protect you and other relevant advertisers on the network against potential malicious traffic threats.
Blocks malicious apps: While we always strive to prevent and remove malicious traffic, it's still possible for fraudulent traffic to sneak through a platform's defenses. For this reason, Pangle implements regular manual analysis of long-term historical app data, including analyzing apps that demonstrate fraudulent behavior within a fixed period of time. Pangle then blocks offending apps and even permanently removes them from the network if necessary.
We listen and act: While we work tirelessly to protect the integrity of our ecosystem, there are times when you can be the first to find evidence of fraudulent traffic. With this in mind, our sales representatives are always ready to hear from you. If your team finds evidence of fake traffic, an invalid source, or another related problem, please submit a ticket through our sales representative. We'll carefully investigate the problem, provide a solution, and implement any appropriate compensation measures. With input from our network of global advertisers, we can collect valuable data to constantly improve our platform's anti-fraud systems and help everyone stay ahead in this evolving landscape.
Continuous improvement: To meet industry standards, Pangle works with third-party anti-fraud service providers to integrate advanced research and intelligence. In addition to well-known mobile measurement partners including Appsflyer, Adjust, and Branch, we are also in close discussions with Pixalate, the market-leading ad fraud protection, privacy, and compliance analytics platform to enhance our capacity to identify, intercept, and filter fraudulent traffic.
