How to link to an existing Organization Account in Seller Center

Organization Accounts are profiles created and controlled by verified organizations (such as enterprises or institutions) or individual businesses on relevant business platforms (such as Seller Center), where applicable. When you link your Seller Center TikTok Shop to an Organization Account, which represents the organization itself, the Organization Account will automatically obtain permission for e-commerce, LIVE and videos, so sales can be generated directly by the account.

Note: Organization Accounts in Seller Center are only available in certain regions.

Before you begin

Ensure that you have an existing Organization Account in Seller Center and that it's not already linked.

How to link to an existing Organization Account in Seller Center

To link to an Organization Account in Seller Center:

1. Log in to Seller Center.

2. Click your profile icon in the top right of your dashboard, then click My Account.

3. Click Linked TikTok Accounts.

4. In the Choose your next step section, click Link.

5. In the Use an existing account pop-up, click Link an organization account, select an existing Organization Account and click Continue.

6. Agree to the terms and conditions and click Link account.

7. Click Got it.

8. In the Official account tab, confirm that the status of your Organization Account is Linked.
