How to log in to an Organization Account on TikTok as a Seller Center user

Organization Accounts are profiles created and controlled by verified organizations (such as enterprises or institutions) or individual businesses on relevant business platforms (such as Seller Center), where applicable. When you log in to your Organization Account with a verification code in Seller Center, you'll be able to enhance account security, authorize multiple members to access the account, and allocate permissions based on roles.


Note: Organization Accounts in Seller Center are only available in certain regions. You can only access Organization Accounts via verification codes. Other login methods are not supported.


Before you begin

Make sure you have created an Organization Account in Seller Center or have linked to an existing Organization Account in Seller Center.


How to log in to an Organization Account

To log in to an Organization Account in your TikTok app with verification code generated on Seller Center:

  1. Log in to Seller Center.

  2. Access the My Account section and click Linked TikTok Accounts. The location of the My Account section may vary depending on the market:

    • For UK and US markets, find the My Account section by clicking your account profile image in the top right corner.

    • For other markets, find the My Account module in the left navigation panel.

  3. Under the Official account tab, click Log in with OTP.

  4. Verify your identity via email or mobile phone number.

  5. Once the identity verification is complete, you can see the Username and One-time password of the Organization Account.

  6. Open your TikTok app, click Log in.

  7. Click Use phone / email / username and click Email / Username.

  8. Enter the username and OTP from Step 5 to log in.
