About the TikTok integration dashboard on BigCommerce

When you set up TikTok on BigCommerce, you can see the dashboard for your connection in your store.

Overview tab

The TikTok integration dashboard automatically opens to the Overview tab. In the Overview tab you can see notifications about your TikTok integration and take suggested actions, like adding your payment and billing information. You can also view the status of your TikTok Marketing account and access your product catalog.

TikTok Marketing tab

To start creating ads, go to TikTok Marketing and click Create Campaign.

Note: Billing & Payment information must be set up in order to start creating and delivering ads.

Settings tab

Go to the Settings tab to manage your:

• TikTok Business Center

• TikTok Ad Account

• Data Sharing

• Payment methods

To disconnect your account from the integration, click Disconnect.
