About Product Shopping Ads

Before you start: The Product Shopping Ads feature is already available to all TikTok Shops in Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, and Vietnam.

TikTok users see Product Shopping Ads in the Shopping Center's Recommendations and Search. They see product images and product information automatically taken from the advertised product's Product Details Page (PDP). Upon clicking the ad, users land on the corresponding PDP.

Advertisers can create Product Shopping Ads in the Seller Center.

Steps to use Product Shopping Ads

Manage Ad account(s)

  1. Go to Seller Center and click the Ads tab on the left.

  2. The primary ad account is the ad account whose reporting appears in the Ads Dashboard. Campaign is also created in the primary ad account, and campaign spending happens in the primary ad account.

    • If the seller does not have any ad account, the system will direct the seller to complete the one-click ad account creation in the Seller Center.

    • If the seller already has one ad account, the system will assign that ad account as the primary ad account.

    • If the seller already has multiple ad accounts, a pop-up window will appear for the seller to assign a primary ad account.

  3. The seller can change the primary ad account at any time. Changing the primary ad account does not affect ads run in any of the ad accounts. To change the primary ad account and manage ad account(s), click the button circled in red below:
