TikTok offers various CRM integrations with TikTok Lead Generation. LeadsBridge is one of two third-party integrations currently available.
Before integrating with LeadsBridge, confirm that LeadsBridge supports your CRM. Then, complete the next five tasks to ensure a smooth process:
Set up an Instant Form for TikTok Lead Generation. Learn more about how to build an Instant Form.
Create a LeadsBridge account.
Ensure that you have your CRM login credentials.
Confirm that you have administrator access to the TikTok Ads Manager account you want to integrate.
Log in to your TikTok Ads Manager account, select Tools, and then select Leads in the dropdown menu.
Click Connect to CRM to start the integration.
Find and select your CRM to connect with.
Click Connect your TikTok Ads Account, then log in to your LeadsBridge account to initiate integration.
Agree to the Terms and Conditions. You will be redirected to your LeadsBridge account to set up your Bridge.
Note: A Bridge is a connection between TikTok Lead Generation (source) and your CRM (destination) that helps to share data based on field mapping when someone submits a new lead on your Instant Form.
