How to Create Ads with TikTok for Mercado Shops

When you set up the TikTok channel on Mercado Shops, you will be able to publish TikTok ads directly from your store.

Before you begin

  • Sync your ecommerce Catalog with TikTok when you set up your connection.

  • Billing & Payment information must be set up in order to start creating and delivering ads.

  • The ad creation function in the TikTok channel only supports a limited number of advertising objectives and ad creation tools.


How to create ads with TikTok for Mercado Shops

To create TikTok Ads from your Mercado Shops store:

  1. Go to the TikTok channel Overview page in your e-commerce platform.

  2. Go to TikTok Marketing.

  3. Click Create a Campaign.

  4. Click Create Now.

  5. Name your campaign and choose if you want to run a campaign for one of your connected products or for your website.

  6. Choose an Optimization Event you want to create the campaign for.

  7. Select your Targeting options.

  8. Add your video or use the Smart Video tool. Learn more about Smart Video.

  9. Add your budget information.

  10. When you're finished, click Submit.
