Access Leads Data

Whenever someone completes your Instant Form, TikTok Ads Manager will capture their lead data. You will need to access the lead data in-order to follow up with your prospective customers. There are several ways to do this:


  • ​Access leads data on TikTok Ads Manager

  • Access leads data through Leads Center

  • ​Integrate leads data with a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool


Access leads data on TikTok Ads Manager

There are two ways you can access your leads data on TikTok Ads Manager.

  1. ​Go to your Campaign > Ads list, then select an ad that was used in a Lead Generation campaign. Then, go to the Results Column and click Download Lead Data.

    1. ​The leads data will include all the leads that were collected by that ad.

  2. ​Go to your Tools, then select Instant page under Creative. Click Download Lead Data by the form you want.

    1. ​The leads data will include all the leads that were collected from that Instant Form, even if it was used in multiple ads.


Access leads data through Leads Center

  1. Go to Tools, then choose Leads.

  2. Click on the download icon on the top right corner of the navigation banner.

  3. You can download the leads by selected time range.

Note: TikTok Ads Manager only stores lead data for 90 days.


Integrate leads data with a CRM

While you can manually access and download leads data, it can become hard to manage and follow up with your customers in a timely manner. This is why we recommend you integrate your leads data with a CRM.


When you integrate your CRM with your leads data, you will be able to automatically sync your leads data to your CRM in real-time. This increase in operational efficiency will allow you to spend time doing what matters most, connecting with your customer.
