Zapier is a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) integration available for TikTok lead generation. Learn more about the benefits of integrating a CRM with TikTok lead generation and the available integrations.
Before you integrate TikTok Lead Generation with Zapier, make sure that you:
Go to https://zapier.com/apps and check if Zapier supports your CRM.
Created at least one Instant Form on TikTok Ads Manager.
Ensure you have a Zapier account.
Locate your CRM's login credentials.
Make sure you have a TikTok Ads Manager account and admin access to that account.
Log in to TikTok Ads Manager.
There are 3 options to access the Zapier integration in TikTok Ads Manager:
Select the Tools tab, select Leads Center, and click Connect CRM.
Select the Tools tab, choose Instant Page under the Creative section, select Instant Form, and click on Download Lead Data under the form.
Select the Campaigns tab, go to the Ad section, and then click on Download Lead Data from the Download Leads column within the table.
Search Zapier or find it in the list of CRM options.
Select TikTok direct integration.
Sign in to your Zapier account when prompted.
Give Zapier authorization to access your ad account, agree to the Platform Service Agreement, and click Confirm. Once you've confirmed, the Zapier editor will open within your TikTok Ads Manager interface.
You'll need to create a Zap, which is an automated workflow that will connect TikTok lead generation to your CRM. To do this:
Search for and select TikTok lead generation as your trigger app.
Connect your TikTok Ads Manager account to Zapier. If you've connected Zapier through TikTok, you'll see your Ads Manager account available to select in the dropdown menu.
Select the Instant Form you'd like to use.
Test your trigger.
Set up your action steps, which are the things you'd like your Zap to do for you. In this step, you will map the fields of your instant form with the fields of your CRMs.
Test your Zap and turn it on.

Make sure you have admin credentials for your Zapier and CRM accounts and admin access to your TikTok Ads Manager account.

Notes:
Due to a front-end display issue, signal events in non-English languages may show minor discrepancies compared to the original content on the event mapping interface. However, backend matching and optimization processes remain unaffected.
We only accept multi-language signals in CRM signal postback.
Log in to TikTok Ads Manager.
Hover over Tools, then select Events Manager.
Click on Connect data source.
Select CRM as the data source.
Create a name for the CRM event.
Once the event set is created successfully, you will be redirected to the Overview tab. Click on Complete setup.
Select Automatic setup with partner platform.
Click on Next.
On the screen, you see a list of CRMs. Search for and select your CRM.
Select Zapier.
Click on Connect Zapier account.
Log in to your Zapier account.
Select a Zapier account.
Enter a name to identify the workflow, also known as a Zap.
Select the user account for your CRM or create a new one.
Select your TikTok Ad account from the dropdown.
Click on Next.
Select a trigger event from the CRM. Note: Select an event that can capture changes to the status of the lead as it goes through the sales funnel.
Map the fields between TikTok data and your CRM data accordingly. Note: Lead Status is required. At least one of Lead Id, Email, Phone or Click Id is required.
You can map all CRM events, including both Standard and Custom Events, to 4 defined funnel stages in TikTok Events Manager. Learn more about mapping CRM events to get started.
In TikTok Ads Manager, hover over the Tools tab and select Events Manager.
Click on Data sources in the left navigation.
Click the CRM event set that you just created.
Observe if the data has flowed into attributed events. It might take 10 minutes for data to sync. If the matched events number is greater than 0, then the postback data has started to come into TikTok, and the configuration is complete.
