Last updated, April 2024

Before you integrate TikTok Lead Generation with Zapier:

  • Go to https://zapier.com/apps and check if Zapier supports your CRM.

  • Make sure you have at least one Instant Form in your TikTok Ads Manager. To learn more, refer to: Create an Instant Form. Note: You don't have to have a live campaign to create an Instant Form.

  • Ensure you have a Zapier account.

  • Locate your CRM's login credentials.

  • Make sure you have a TikTok Ads Manager account and admin access to that account.

To integrate TikTok Lead Generation with Zapier:

  1. There are 3 options to access the Zapier integration in TikTok Ads Manager:

    1. Select the Tools tab, select Leads, and click Connect CRM.

    2. Select the Tools tab, choose Instant Page under the Creative section, select Instant Form, and click on Download Lead Data under the form.

    3. Select the Campaign tab, go to the Ad section, and then click on Download Lead Data from the Download Leads column in the table.

  2. Search Zapier or find it in the list of CRM options, and select TikTok direct integration.

  3. Sign in to your Zapier account when prompted.

  4. Give Zapier authorization to access your ad account, agree to the Platform Service Agreement, and click Confirm. Once you've confirmed, the Zapier editor will open within your TikTok Ads Manager interface.

  5. You'll need to create a Zap, which is an automated workflow that will connect TikTok Lead Generation to your CRM. To do this:

    1. Search for and select TikTok Lead Generation as your trigger app.

    2. Connect your TikTok Ads Manager account to Zapier. If you've connected Zapier through TikTok, you'll see your Ads Manager account available to select in the dropdown menu.

    3. Select the Instant Form you'd like to use.

    4. Test your trigger.

    5. Set up your action steps, which are the things you'd like your Zap to do for you. In this step, you will map the fields of your instant form with the fields of your CRMs.

    6. Test your Zap and turn it on.
