Last updated: October 2024

When you set up a TikTok Pixel for your Cafe24 store, you can share event and optimization data with your TikTok ad account. There are two methods to set up TikTok Pixel with your Cafe24 store.

Note: If you have previously manually installed TikTok Pixel directly into your Cafe24 store, be sure to remove the existing TikTok Pixel code before completing setup.

Method 1: Create and install a new Pixel (recommended)

  1. Follow the steps to set up TikTok Marketing within the TikTok app in your Cafe24 store.

  2. In the Data Sharing section, click Create New to create and install a new pixel.

  3. Use the TikTok Pixel Helper extension to verify pixel installation.

Method 2: Connect an existing Pixel

Note: It's recommended to create and install a new pixel through the Cafe24 integration.

  1. Before beginning the Cafe24 integration setup, use the TikTok Pixel Helper to verify if your existing TikTok pixel is firing correctly.

  2. Follow the steps to set up Tiktok Marketing within the TikTok integration in your Cafe24 store.

  3. In the Data Sharing section, you should see your existing Pixel ID. Click Connect to link your existing pixel.

  4. Use the TikTok Pixel Helper extension to verify pixel installation.
