How to troubleshoot downloading your leads on TikTok
Why is my Download Leads button disabled?
If you're having issues downloading your lead information, consider the following:
Check Your TikTok Ads Manager Permissions. Only admins can download leads.
Open the Debug Tools website.
Enter the TikTok Ads Manager advertiser account URL. For example, https://ads.tiktok.com/i18n/dashboard?aadvid=xxxxxxxxxxx
Click Confirm.
Click Query Ad Account Permission.
In the Permission Role section, confirm that the account is labeled as Admin.
Verify that the lead has not been transferred to the brand TikTok Business Account.
Why am I unable to click the "Download Leads" button?
If you are unable to click the "Download Leads" button, consider the following:
Turn off all content blocker browser extensions, such as AdBlock, to ensure that your request isn't blocked by the plugin.
Use Google Chrome in Incognito mode.
Try additional website browsers, such as Firefox or Safari.
Restart or use another computer.
