Note: This feature is not available to all advertisers yet.

Before you integrate TikTok Lead Generation with Google Sheets, make sure you have:

  • Your Google Drive login credentials and editor access to the specific Google Sheets for integration.

  • A TikTok Ads Manager account and admin access to that account.

  • At least one Instant Form in your TikTok Ads Manager. To learn more, refer to: Create an Instant Form. Note: You don't have to have a live campaign to create an Instant Form.

To integrate TikTok Lead Generation with Google Sheets:

  1. There are 3 options to access the Google Sheets integration in TikTok Ads Manager:

    1. Select the Tools tab, select Leads, and click Connect CRM.

    2. Select the Campaign tab, go to the Ad section, and then click on Download Lead Data from the Download Leads column in the table.

    3. Select the Tools tab, choose Instant Page under the Creative section, select Instant Form, and click on Download Lead Data under the form.

  2. Search Google Sheets or find it in the list of CRM options, and select TikTok direct integration.

  3. Click Apply for Permission under your TikTok Account.

  4. Select Sign into Google Sheets to be directed to the pop-up window for sign-in. Click Next to continue.

  5. Choose the TikTok Instant Form you want to connect to your Google Sheets.

  6. Click Choose a spreadsheet from your Google Drive. You will be directed to a pop-up window to select the specific spreadsheet where you want to receive leads from TikTok.

  7. Select the specific worksheet or tab within your Google Spreadsheet in the worksheet dropdown

  8. After selecting your Google Worksheet, the field mapping section will automatically appear below to match your worksheet headers (left column) with your TikTok Instant Form question fields (right column). Click Next.

  9. If you’ve changed your spreadsheet headers after entering this page, you can click Refresh fields so that the Google Sheets data column is updated. You can match all or a specific number of fields.

  10. You have now set up your Google Sheets direct integration. Click View leads to go to your connected Google Account, or Send test data to test out the integration. Note: Only new leads created after setting up the integration can be synced. You can download past leads and then import them to your CRM.

  11. (Optional) You can send a real, customized test lead when previewing a lead gen form under Assets.

If you want to connect more than one Google Sheet, you can go back to Connect to CRM to select another Google Sheet and form. You can also connect more than one form to a single Google Sheet, but the leads collected from a particular form can't be sent to multiple sheets.
