The HubSpot CRM Integration is a seamless, no-code process that allows you to automatically sync the leads you've generated on TikTok with your HubSpot CRM in real-time.
Before you begin, make sure you have:
A HubSpot account and your login credentials.
Created at least one instant form on TikTok Ads Manager.
Admin access to the ad account you will be using for the integration. Only Admins can access leads.
Steps to use
Log in to your TikTok Ads Manager account, go to the Tools section, and select Leads in the dropdown menu. Click the Connect CRM button at the top of the page.
Search for HubSpot and click Directly Connect.
To manage leads from your TikTok account, select Apply for permission. Then, click Sign in to HubSpot, connect your HubSpot CRM, and click Next.
Select the form you want to sync leads from.
Map the fields from your TikTok Instant Form to your HubSpot properties and click Submit.
Note: You will only be able to map form fields to HubSpot properties with the same data type to ensure lead data is synced correctly.
Click Confirm to complete the integration process. Select the Send test data button to ensure your integration is set up correctly.
Remove your integration with HubSpot
To disconnect your HubSpot integration from TikTok Ads Manager:
Log in to your TikTok Ads Manager account.
Go to the Tools section and select Leads in the dropdown menu. Click the Connect CRM button at the top of the page.
Search for HubSpot and click Directly Connect.
On the access confirmation page, click Disconnect on the HubSpot section.
To uninstall your TikTok app from your HubSpot account, refer to Connect apps to HubSpot.
Note: Your previously synced leads between TikTok and HubSpot are not impacted when you disconnect your HubSpot integration on TikTok Ads Manager or when you uninstall your TikTok app from HubSpot. No new leads from TikTok are synced to your HubSpot account after removing the HubSpot integration.
