TikTok Shop lets you sell your products on the Showcase tab of your TikTok profile. Once Showcase permission is enabled, you can use the products on this Showcase to run ads through TikTok Ads Manager.

See the steps required to enable Showcase permissions.

Scenario 1

You've linked your TikTok Account to the TikTok Ad Account, but Showcase permission is not authorized.

Steps

1. Go to User Settings.

2. Select Edit access.

3. Select Read products that appear on your TikTok account.

4. Select Authorize and get permission.

Scenario 2

The TikTok Account is authorized through Business Center, but Showcase permission is not authorized.

Steps

1. Go to Business Center.

2. Select the TikTok Account.

3. Click the pencil icon.

4. Select Ad delivery with showcase, generate a QR code, and get permission.

Scenario 3

You've linked your TikTok Account to the TikTok Ad Account, but the TikTok Account does not have a Showcase.

Steps

1. Enable products to be displayed in your TikTok Account's Showcase through these steps.

2. Go to User Settings.

3. Select Edit access.

4. Select Read products that appear on your TikTok account.

5. Select Authorize and get permission.

Scenario 4

The TikTok Account is authorized through Business Center, but the TikTok Account does not have a Showcase.

Steps

1. Enable products to be displayed in your TikTok Account's Showcase through these steps.

2. Go to Business Center.

3. Select the TikTok Account.

4. Click the pencil icon.

5. Select Ad delivery with showcase, generate a QR code, and get permission.
