How to authorize affiliate videos for TikTok Shop Ads
If you're a TikTok Shop Affiliate, you can grant permissions for sellers to use your affiliate videos in Shop Ads. If a seller runs ads with your affiliate videos, your affiliate videos will be seen by more people and you will be eligible for affilliate creative commissions.
Before you begin
Sellers can only use videos that promote their products.
You are not giving up any ownership rights to your videos by authorizing affiliate videos for Shop Ads. Your videos will still belong to you.
How to authorize affiliate videos for Shop Ads
To authorize affiliate videos for Shop Ads:
Go to TikTok Shop Creator Center in the TikTok app.
Tap the menu in the top right.
Go to Settings and tap Privacy settings.
Tap the toggle to turn on Authorize sellers to boost my videos. You can turn this off at any time.
You can also authorize affiliate videos when you add a product to your showcase. You'll receive a notification to Get extra commission from affiliate videos. Tap Turn on to authorize your affiliate videos for Shop Ads.
